Intercasinopoker web site down?

I've been trying this site (www.intercasinopoker.com) for a day and a half and it is apparently down. I emailed their support about it but of course I haven't heard anything back from them. What a way to run a business.

What error message do you get when you try to log in?

When I try to enter through William Hill I get: "Internal error: problem with WH systems, please try again later". My e-mails to their customer support have received no response. When I spoke to a bloke on the phone all he could offer was: "It sounds like a system problem. Other people have been reporting the same thing. Nothing we can do about here except refer it to IT. I suggest you just try and log in again in a few days". Their blase incompetence is mind-boggling. How can you expect to run a profitable online gaming operation if none of your supposed customers can log in for days at a time?

Are you sure the WEB SITE is up and running? I'm not talking about the ICP poker client. I get the old "Cannot find server or DNS Error" when I try to browse it using Internet Explorer. I can't ping them either but I can ping www.intercasino.com. Also if I go to www.intercasino.com and click on the 'Intercasino Poker' link on the left side menu bar the connection also fails.

It just seems odd that this one site would be unreachable by me. It has also been twelve hours and counting and I still haven't heard back from their support about this.

No, I can't get into the website either. "Cannot find server."

I just looked at the website -- worked just fine for me.

Logged on to the poker room, sat in a game, and instantly heard the all too familiar "all in." Seems to be working normally. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

I did a cash out on Wednesday and the money hit Neteller on Thursday.
