How many LL players have an idea???

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering what opinions were about what percentage of low limit (say up to 3/6) players actually have an idea or know much about poker? Seems every table or two, there's someone who CLEARLY has NO CONCEPT of the game. I know I'm not very good right now, but I have learned alot in the month I've been playing. And can hold my own at low limit tables about 70-80% of the time.
