very very easy push, you have like 3BB's left and about 18 hands left before you get blinded away (if the blinds stay the same), but more than that you need to make an impact while your stack still has FE, and a blind steal increases your stack substantially

150/300 would still be a push for me.. general rule is if you have <10BB's then you can go all-in with a positive expectation with hands (and situations) like these.. I'd make the same move with 6 people left from any position, being on the button is a bonus
