I'm raising pre-flop, but as it stands, I like what Melchiades said.. A-Q isn't plausible, he would have raised you pre-flop I think, 7-7 looks the most reasonable, although some will semi-bluff with flush draw.. anyways I'd call and see how strong he is on the turn

I'd fire out again on the turn, you still have top pair, and people usually like to just call if he had 2 clubs in his hand..
