I have just raised UTG with 55 and won the pot on contested and in the BB it was folded around to me.

No reads on CO in his first orbit

All fold to CO who raises, button folds, hero raises, bb folds, CO calls

Flop (7 SB)

hero bets, CO calls

Turn (4.5 BB)

How often are we being bluffed at here? I feel like I am being bluffed out of a lot of pots in situations like these.

Pot's awfully small to call down. You can typically fold. If it happens every time, think about calling down more.

It depends.

It seems against this guy he would be more aggressive on the flop if he was FOS.

This is a very routine fold for me.

This reeks of either KK or 99. Any reads on CO?
