Default Staggering Starts

I apoligise if this has been asked before, if it has, please point me to it.

For those of you who regularly play more than 4 SNG's at a time, how do you stagger the starts?

Thanks for your time,

Doc

Start 4 and then start 4 more when first 4 are at mid-level 3.

I don't stagger the starts. I guess I didn't even realize that people did this. Starting up 8 there is a natural 5-10 minute stagger built in, depending on how fast your games are filling. (Mine fill pretty quickly, so it's usually more like 4-5 minutes to get going.)

Not a reply necessarily directed at you Doc, but I remember when I used to worry a lot about how to stagger my starts. So many choices: Do I start them all at once? Or a new one every level? Or a new one every porn site popup window?

I was so stressed because I really hated feeling overwhelmed on multiple bubbles. And looking back, I think the stress had a lot more to do with my not understanding the bubble than my being on too many of them at once.

I wish I hadn't been in such a rush to add tables; it flattened out my learning curve and cost me money in the long run.

That said, I currently don't stagger my starts, I play them in sets. And if I had to stagger them, I would do them half and half, allowing for the porn exemption.

I 4-table, mostly at Stars, and I usually start one up, wait a few hands, then start another, plugging another in whenever I bust. If I'm doing PR or Bodog or anything that goes by hands instead of time, I start a couple, wait a bit, and start two more. The different pacing staggers them naturally.

doc

i load them all at once. if i bust early ill reopen, but if things start getting hectic while i bubble on a lot of tables (hey im a luckbox k) ill stop starting new ones because i just find it annoying find a new one and open the table and sit and all that stuff.

I generally startthem up as quickly as possible and have been playing them in sets rather than continuous lately. I find that it is easier for me to handle four tables when the blinds are the same (or nearly the same) on all tables. It can get pretty hectic, though, when you're playing four tables with a total of 12 players.

I start them all as soon as possible and play in sets. When I bust out in 10th at a table I'll add another one.
It's great when you're at/near the bubble at 6 tables, and then all of a sudden you bust out at 4 tables in one minute.
