Default How do I find my leaks?

Ive played No Limit Hold Em for about a year now. I feel as if Im better than average. I dont use pot odds RELIGIOUSLY but I do know them and implied odds etc.

I dont use EV. Even tho I know what it means, maybe I dont understand it fully. But I do understand when to value bet and when not to bet.

If you see me playing on the tables, Im usually sitting with more than the max buyin. Im multitabling and playing 'well'.

But bottom line. Im not a winning player. Im a break even player. I havent deposited for over 4 months, but my roll has swung between 200 and 3500 dollars.

I use pokertracker and gametime+. I usually play 50-200 NL. I want to move up of course. Over the course of the last year Ive had two good runs, one of which I possessed a bankroll of 35 k at one point - All gone now.

Ive read a few books, but learned that experience is the greatest teacher.

I want to be a winning player. How do I find my leaks...?
