Do you lol it up too much?

I find myself typing lol far too often. Even when something isn't even close to being funny, or wasn't meant to be funny.

I even think "lol" to myself nowadays during everyday activities. lol.

i dont use it that often because it makes me sound like a fairy. i prefer "heh" because that's a lot closer to what im actually doing.

I'm an offender of this. It's even gotten so bad that my friends and I will verbally say "lol" (or even worse, rofflemayo) when speaking in person.
