Default A K vs pair lower than K K

I was just wondering if anyone knew the exact odds of A Ks heads up vs a lower pair preflop (lets take 10 10 for this example). Also, can anyone recommend a program that will help give me odds such as these?? Thank you.

I use the one that Card Player Mag offers...its NEAT'O.

Give or take 3-4% based on shared suits and ability to make a straight you're roughly a 45-to-55 underdog or 43-47% dog. Obviously AK suited does better than AK offsuit.
