I registered with Bodog but I keep getting a runtime error. I am already registered with Bodog and have a screen name but when I log in it gives me a runtime error a couple of seconds after logging in. Anyone else have this problem. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling and I get the same result. Wonder if it has anything to do with Java runtime? For some reason it said something about gameplay.exe. Any suggestions?

Reinstall. If that doesn't work ask CS (but it's unlikely that'll you get anywhere).
Poker sites aren't the best at troubleshooting their own software problems (Party, Crypto, etc). |

Yeah I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I am using the same setup.exe that I downloaded. Maybe I need to delete everything and download the software again. Ughh. The things I do for a bonus. It wouldn't be that bad but I have dial up at the moment.

This is a suggestion from someone who is not too computer savvy but has had to deal with a couple of poker site download issues.
After deleting all bodog related files and folders: 1) make sure you are logged on as the Administrator 2) use Microsoft Internet Explorer to accomplish the download, especially if it is not your normal browser 3) tell your firewall to allow the bodog software full access hope this helps if it doesn't, make sure you are in an area where it is legal to shoot your computer with heavy artillery |

Thanks for the response. I actually just reloaded the OS on my laptop so I could have a "clean" computer. Everything seems to work fine now.
