On this flop, heads-up, I wouldn't three-bet and allow him to cap. Check-call is fine, I think. It's passive, but with that flop and him cold-calling and then raising I think it's possible he flopped good, and possible you're splitting. If he wants to get aggro with AQ, let him.

I personally would not 3-bet this flop. In low limit games it's hard to give credit to players for having good hands, but MP3 did cold call a raise pre-flop, then raised the preflop raiser (Hero) on the flop, so I think there's a decent chance he flopped two pair, a straight or a real strong open ended draw.

Unless you know MP3 is a huge LAG player, it's hard to see him raising the preflop raiser on a flop like that with anything less then 2 pair. IMO.
