Default How to play this turn card?

Party $100 NL, 510 started, down to 115 left. Top 60 get paid.

BB is 200.

I have 4200 in MP and open to 550 w/ AQ. Guy two seats after me w/ 6400 coldcalls. Blinds fold, heads up w/ 1400 in the middle.

Flop 884.

I bet 1050. He calls.

Turn J.

My play? What do we think he has?

Just got moved to the table so no reads yet.

TIA.

Damn, we're already down to 100 in this thing?!

Check and fold. Pushing looks desperate and might be called by a middling pocket pair. Any bet other than a push will get called. If the turn were a Q or A, I'd try to look as weak as possible. If it were a K, I'd push.

I would say he absolutely has a pocket pair here. 70% it's between 55 and TT. 29% it's 44. 1% it's 88.

I think 99~QQ raise this flop. KK~AA are possibilities, however most players would reraise preflop with those holdings. So it is most likely that he is using his position over you to see whether you fire another barrel. I have him on overcards. But he could have AJ. And any decent bet you make is effectively all in. I can't see a better hand folding (except for AK), so I check fold.
