EV of Tournaments

I'm new to tournament play. I'm curious what a good player can make playing multitable tournaments. What are reasonable numbers for the following stats?

1. ITM %
2. ROI %
3. Final Table %
4. Tournament Win %

Let's assume the tournaments you play are NLHE tournaments with roughly 500 people.

I apologize if this question is vague, but I really have no idea what these figures might be. Thanks!

An interesting question. Seems the SNGers regularly post ITM% and ROI%, but not the MTTers. Anyone?
