I am totally clueless

So I've got a "free" $10 football bet I won in an Intertops freeroll tourney. I am clueless and this ten bucks has been sitting in my account for a month or two and I gotta bet it. So I figure a bet on Monday night's game. I know nothing except that the Chiefs are 6-point dogs and seem to really suck this year. I used to be an avid football fan, but since discovering poker, I pay it no attention.

Any advice would be appreciated.
