no real reads on the guy....his stats look like hes your typical desent player

in a headsup raise in a steal situation, I wouldn't fold the river here. I agree you're probably beat, but he might try to run a bluff 10% of the time, and it's good to look him up to see what he's stealing with.

I'm curious what you put him on - a slowplayed AT or KQ maybe? I just think it is odd that he raised the seemingly innoccuous 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

I don't know what that is, but here's what a typical Descent player looks like.

I would call the river, but I don't think this fold is terrible.

I'd call the river raise, if for nothing else but information.

The raise when the 5 appears on the river is awfully suspicious. I suspect it's a bluff raise more often than not.
