Default small NLHE in vegas?

i'm going to vegas for the first time labor day weekend, and i'm looking to play resticted buy-in NL hold em. maybe something around 100 max buy-in 1/2, or a little higher.

can anyone recommend good places to play? (in terms of pleasant to play and easy to beat)

does the orleans have a small NLHE game? thanks.

Howdy!

Excalibur and Luxor, Excal is 100 min/max with 1/2 blinds, Luxor is $50 but once u lose a buck u can rebuy to $99...

Definitely good games at both....

Not sure about Orleans, I stay far far away from there, I hate the place, too long a story...

I'm normally a $.25/.50 NL player on UB and made $214 after about 12 hrs in the $200 buy-in $2/4 NL game at Mandalay. I started playing in December and have a ways to go in my poker skills. Hope that helps.

Nice site, but somewhat outdated too...

Far cry better than cheapovegas.com at least, who is way way way behind.

I think the guy asking wanted to pick our brains for suggested places to play too... [at least I would hope so...]

Luxor and Excalibur definitely good NLHE games, and running ALMOST all the time now, both card rooms have picked up a lot, I have been to both within the passed 2 weeks 3 times or more....

that's up for debate among me and my friends. it's a $53 cover (and $103 for VIP cover) - you think it's worth it? i assume you also have to pay for booze inside.
