must move please?
I get into the card barn at 5pm. All tables full and many many names on all low limit lists. 15/30: 3 tables going, no names on the list. 30/60: 1 table going, 15 names on the list. Grrrrrrrreaaaaaaaat.
I get into the must move 15/30 game in short order. A lot of people leave the other 2 games so ours goes short quickly. At some point a player goes for a walk. Eventually its just me and one other guy who arrived after me and we play heads up for 10 minutes. The floor comes over to me and says I have to move. I point at the empty seat with chips in front of it and say "He was here before me". The floor looks at me and says "Yeah but he's not here". |

Re: must move please?
At Commerce, if it's your turn to move, you move. Whether you're at the table or not. They pick up your chips and move 'em. You can come in behind the button without posting. If the button passes more than once, you must either come in on the big blind or post.

Re: must move please?
Larry. Good plan: go from incompetent dealer to incompetent floor.

Re: must move please?
I'm pretty sure Yvette would have done the right thing. He gets moved whether he's there or not, missed blind buttons and all.
Vehn, did you ask for the shift boss to weigh in on the situation? |
