Default Odds with 2 cards to come

are these really alot different then odds with 1 card to come. I was under the impression that when you are figuring out odds after the flop you still pretended that there was one card to come because you are usually going to call at least one bet on the turn.

The question came up when i was in the small stakes hold'em form. i was talking about a hand where i was on the SB with 15 outs to a strait or a flush on a non paired board. i check raised and the BB three bet. The three bet left me with 2 opponents so. Here my odds for the turn are 15 outs to 47 cards to come. i did not cap here thinking that i would be loosing a very small amount of positive expectation.

I have two questions.

1) should i consider the fact that there are two cards to come and cap the flop here (knowing that evryone is going to call to the river)?

2) what if i know that the passive player may fold on the turn if i keep raising?
