Have to push here, right?
Blinds 50-100
UTG (hero) (t650) Ac Ks UTG+1 (t2500) Button (t4295) SB (t85) BB (320) BB had 320 after posting. How low would BB have to be on chips for pushing to be incorrect for me here in order to (gag) fold into the money? With him at 320, folding here has to be a HUGE mistake. But at what point would folding be correct? |

Not to be snotty, but this is trivial. Yes, Push.

Re: Have to push here, right?
My rule on pushes like this is if one of the smallies can double and put you in jeopardy, then you should push. If BB catches a nice hand and doubles, you're going to be hurting.

Re: Have to push here, right?
I know to push this, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts as to how low BB would have to be for it to be right to fold....

Re: Have to push here, right?

BB stack size doesnt matter. You should never fold here.

BB stack size doesnt matter. You should never fold here. [/ QUOTE ] If there are two massive chip leaders and one guy at t85 and the BB couldn't even cover the BB (say he was down to t50), you wouldn't fold AKo UTG if you had ~700? I gotta think that there's a "magic number" that BB could be at that folding would be right. But maybe I'm wrong... |
