Default Suggestions on home tourney format...

I'm trying to get up a $100/person max tourney going with 8-10 people, 20-30 minute rounds. I have a 1000 chip set with 5,25,100,500,1000 denoms. My qusetion is, what format and buy-in should I use?

I was thinking one of the following:

1)$100 straight buy-in w/no rebuy or add-on.
Chip count/person?

2)$50 buy-in
one $25 re-buy any time w/in the first 4 rounds
one $25 add on at break (after the 4th round)
Starting chip count? rebuy amount? Add on amount?

3)$50 buy-in
up to 5-$10 rebuys w/in first 4 rounds, no add on
Starting and rebuy chip count?

I'm looking for a fun tournament that people will enjoy and even make a few bucks on. I'm thinking option 2, but I wanted to see what ya'll thought.

Thanks for any input you may have.
