Another party experience

I recently introduced one of my friends to Party Poker.

He is new to computing and accidentally typed his real name into the box which asks for your id:
(I remember that signing up for Party was confusing...and Im sure Granny will agree [img]/forums/images/icons/wink.gif[/img] )

Anyway, (I use "anyway" far more than "most stupid" by the way!)

He has four times asked support if he could change this, here were the responses)

1. If you start a new play money account we can do it easily. We will then email you within 48 hours.

(This he did)
(They didn't)

2. 1. was not enough, you also need to deposit $100 before you can have your name changed. We will then email you within 48 hours.

(This he did)
(They didn't)

3. 2.+1. were not enough, we cannot change your name until you have played 500 raked hands. We will then email you within 48 hours.

(This he didn't do, he waited the 48 hours)
(They didn't)

4. All three previous things were uneccessary, I'll do it in 10 mins for you.

(20 minutes later, my friend withdrew his $100 and informed Party of the lost business).

As to my referral bonus, I'll have it immediately he deposits $100.

(Yeah, righto)

Anyway, (There it is again) I'm annoyed at you all for having such fun at Party whilst I'm away, I'll be back soon.
