bonusbonus not answering emails
So I followed the casino whoring guide posted in here a few weeks ago, using bonusbonus.net, and cleared the bonuses on starluck and planetluck casinos. I emailed bonusbonus.net with a copy of my confirmation emails, and they have not responded for 3 days, to either those emails, or to my followup email asking why they haven't responded. Upon closer inspection, I see that bonusbonus's email address is a hotmail one, and their website is rather shabbily done, not at all like say boogster's. Anyone know who runs this website, or another way to get in touch with them? I don't want to prematurely point fingers or say bad things about them (I am cognizant that it has only been 3 days, and the operator of the site could be on vacation), but it is making me nervous. Anyone with any information on how to contact them other than through their hotmail address would be appreciated. Thanks.

I went through bonusbonus to do the CoN bonus, and I got a reply to my email the next day. (July 5th and 6th)
I will be sending them some emails for Planetluck and Starluck today, I will post here if I hear anything back from those. Maybe the guy is out of town or something... |

We're very sorry about the difficulty you're having contacting us. To make a long story short, our email host is blocking some of our incoming mail, apparently because it thinks it's spam. You may or may not have received bounce replies to your emails. As we note on our site, we're temporarily using a hotmail account to get around this problem. We are in the process of switching hosts, so this problem should be fixed soon.
We very much value your business and want to pay you your bonus. Please resend your email to our hotmail account, bonusbonusnet@hotmail.com, so we can do that. |

So we should expect a confirmation email after we send the info over to you? I sent some stuff over last week and didn't get anything. Should I resend it over?

Please resend it. We confirm with everyone who emails us, so if you haven't gotten confirmation, we didn't get your email.

I got a reply from you this morning, to my third email (after i finished con). Thanks for the prompt attention. I wasn't recieving any bounced email errors, but I'm assuming you didn't get my first two emails regarding planetluck and starluck, because in your response to my third one you mentioned that I still needed to forward you the first two. I have done that and hope you get it now.
