Default betholdem uh oh... is this true?

i made a deposit at betholdem for the 25% deposit bonus then cleared the raked hands which is fairly easy at only 700 raked hands needed. Well anyway have played over 1,000 raked hands.

So I am reading the rules then it says if you withdrawl in first 30 days they take back the bonus? Is this true?

Any help with this....

thanks

You can clear the bonus then withdraw whenever you want.

If you withdraw before clearing the bonus, then you will not be able to go back later and work it off.

I did this one a few months ago. I had to call them to initiate my cash out. But they were quick to pay, only a few hours.

I've been trying to withdraw, but it keeps on saying that available balance is smaller than what I want to withdraw, whether I request to withdraw $500 or $50. Granted, I've only played 100 hands there, could this be the problem?

Best thing to do is call customer support and get things cleared up.
