When he calls the turn should I bluff at the river? The bluff needs to work once every 5 times to break even.

I do the same thing all the time, and it works surprisingly often. These low limits have a lot of players that will fold when you fire the 3rd barrel.

I often take the freecard because the pot is small and I don't expect the opponent to have bluffed the flop or to fold a pair here.
