Default Gavin no longer youngest ever WSOP winner

'tis a sad day for the forum....

[Eric Froehlich wins Event #4 ($1,500 Limit Hold'em), earning $361,910 and a coveted World Series of Poker bracelet. He becomes the youngest World Series winner in history, having just turned 21 years old back on February 9th (21 years, 3 months, 28 days).]

He may weigh about 2.5 of me, but he's still 10x better player than many of us on this board. No need to diss him for his weight just because it makes you feel better that you haven't accomplished as much as he has!! ~

Winning a bracelet doesn't make someone 10x better than anyone else. I don't know how this kid plays, but don't confuse results with talent.

He's Efro... He consistently does well online. I just don't like it when people make jabs at other people after they've achieved something great.

It's funny as hell - but it stunts desire to improve and become better than that person. instead you just say, oh he's fat so that sucks.

I've just stopped doing it personally because it's an excuse to make yourself feel worthy.

Maybe I am jealous, but the fact that he's always picked last in dodgeball gives me some consolation. Really I could care less if the person who won it isa fat kid or a hot blonde with big tits, whatever. Next year I'd gladly take some kid making fun of me if I can make 10 times what he makes in a year in a couple days of work. IT WAS A JOPKE! If you're this offended by me making fun of somebody else, I can't imagine how you would react if I made fun of you.

I actually laughed out loud at that. Too bad dodgeball doesn't pay 500,000$ though. He can get liposuction and plastic surgery to look like fabio with that money if he wants.
