funny 2-4 holde\'m story
I was at the Trop last night with a friend, and after playing in the Pink Chip game, I went up to my room, but I couldn't fall asleep. Anyway, my friend told me, he wanted to....play 2-4, so he went down there and I stayed up stairs.
After 10 mins, I went downstairs and was sweating him for a bit and there was a hand that came up that he wasn't involved in. It was against two ladies. One Middle Aged woman around her 30's and an elderly lady I would say in her 60's. Anyhow....the middle aged woman is in the BB and the little old lady limps from the cutoff. The flop comes up K 5 J. The middle aged woman checks. Elderly woman bets and the middle aged woman raises. The elderly woman reraises. Now I'm in the backround behind the table standing behind my friend who's in between both of them. When the middle aged woman checkraised, I said outloud...."OHH!!!" When the elderly lady reraised I said, OHH!!(but a little bit louder.) Turn card was an 8. Middle aged woman says, "Go ahead..... honey." The elderly lady looks up at her and says. "Don't honey me!!!" she bets out four dollars. My friend says outloud. "UTT OHH!!! CAT FIGHT!!!" The whole table burst out into laughter. At the showdown, the elderly lady shows a set of 5's and the middle aged woman shows Kings and 8's. I thought I'd share that with you. |

Re: funny 2-4 holde\'m story
So basically the old lady is a bitch?
BTW, I don't think someone in their 30's would like to be known as middle-aged...lol. -- Homer |

Is that any better than being in your 60's and being known as elderly? |

Re: anyone who calls another woman \"honey\"
Girls from the DEEP south may say "honey" as young as 14. In major cities, that term gets thrown around occasionally. Usually, it's by a waitress or some girl trying to sell me something: "Can I help you find anything today, honey?". But then again, my girlfriend calls me honey(did I really just type that?).
