Default need advice vs. loose nuetral

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

UTG+2 is loose / nuetral.
agressive preflop / passive postflop
pt reads after 50 hands:
VP$IP = 75%
PFR = 11%
Total Aggression minus pre-flop: 1.1

I think UTG+2's turn raise could mean a lot of things. He could have decided to wait until the turn to raise with TT, 88, or even AA or KK (though he probably would have capped preflop with a bigger pocket pair). Or, the turn card could've hit him, in which case he could have something like JTs or JJ or just top pair with AJ-QJ. Also, he could've picked up a draw to go with his overcards if he has KQ or AK or AQ. Basically, it's hard to know where you stand on the turn, except that you do know that you have an overpair and a gutshot.

Since there are a lot of ways you could be behind already and you don't know who's drawing, I think just calling the turn raise is all right. I would probably lead again on a "safe" river card, but the J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] certainly isn't it. So I think check-calling the river is fine.
