Default Pair of 7\'s early with no threat

Just seeking opinions on how you would have played this hand. Felt like I was in no mans land.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (7 handed)

MP1 (t900)
MP2 (t345)
CO (t910)
Button (t635)
BigDork (t770)
BB (t3665)
UTG (t775)

Preflop: BigDork is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls t15, MP1 folds, MP2 calls t15, CO folds, Button folds, BigDork completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t60) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
BigDork bets t15, BB calls t15, UTG calls t15, MP2 calls t15.

Turn: (t120) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
BigDork checks, BB bets t30, UTG calls t30, MP2 folds, BigDork folds.

River: (t180) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets t30, UTG calls t30.

Final Pot: t240
Main Pot: t240 (t240), between BB and UTG. > Pot won by BB (t240).

Results in white below:
BB shows Td Ks (two pair, tens and fives).
UTG shows Ac 4d (two pair, fives and fours).
Outcome: BB wins t240.

If you want to try and take the pot there and then you are going to have to bet harder than T15.

There is a flush and possibly made straight and a very possible straight draw.

Personally I woukd probably just check the flop and fold the turn.

You are unlikely to take the pot there and then unless you bet very big in which case you are leaving yourself open to a reraise which you would have to fold to, an expensive outcome.
If you make a pot size bet you will likely get at least one caller and the number of cards which make it impossible for you to bet on the turn make it unprofitable.

This is a win a little or lose a lot hand. Just check and fold.
