Making active poker tables red (XP from software forum)

I was wondering if there is a way to make it so that the bar at the top of the screen is red for any tables you have to make a decision at.

Note that this would be a huge help for anyone that plays more than 4 tables on any screen. If it requires coding, I will be willing to pay for it.
