Default Differences between online and B&M?

Hi,
I'm just wondering about the difference between online and B&M limit hold-em. Is anyone averaging over 2BB/Hour online with over 500 hours play at 5-10 or above while playing only one table? If so, how much are you averaging? Also what do you see as the major differences between online and B&M and how do those differences affect your bottom line?
Thanks

Online play is much more strait forward, less need/opportunity for fancy plays, and its faster.
