There is no (poker) god...or if there is, he is one sick mot
.....her fu&*er
Alternate Title - "Thinly veiled bad-beat story" Anyhoo, Party 2/4 or 3/6...don't remember. I'm dealt some cards UTG+1. I open-raise and since I haven't played a hand in 14 orbits I get 5 coldcallers. The flop comes K98 rainbow. I bet, everyone calls. The turn comes A. I bet, two players call. The river comes A. I bet, player raises, I reraise, player caps. What did he have and what did I have? -- Homer |

PERFECT, PERFECT....nuff said.
BTW, I didn't tilt even after the guy typed "lolololololol" (how original!). I might make it in this game yet... -- Homer |

Re: Results
His Ax(8 or 9) beat your KK. AK for him would be an even greater mathematical longshot.

I haven't looked at the results yet.
I'm thinking you have KK. opponent has A/crap and calls you down. -Scott |

I haven't read the results yet. But here's my guess:
You have KK, he has A 9. |

AK vs your KK? We had that same beat after a K high flop a year ago in my home game. The guy with the KK is still complaining about it. I hope you deal with it better. It could be one of those delayed reaction tilts.

Ding ding ding.
I think I'm over it already, but I wouldn't be surprised if I started thinking about it again tomorrow... -- Homer |

Apparently you have KK, and he has AK. Ouch. Or even worse, A9, or A8. But was it sooted?

Your 'these three Kings' set was popped by A8o (or A9o), sorry Homer.
