roundtrip cab/shuttle is $75. Rent a car, for the extra $20 or so you can come and go to different casions and not have to depend on the shuttle that goes between casinos. The shuttle stops running at like midnight or so.

I have never gone from Memphis to Tunica, so I can't give you a specific answer. I will say that public transportation in Tunica is terrible. Rent a car and save yourself the trouble.
