I would think this is a fold at this point. Big stack is bullying, yes, but you have 2 left to act, only have 100 invested, and aren't that short. AJo just isn't strong enough IMO to call here. I might push it had it limped to me for a steal, but you obviously have no FE here, so I'd pick a better spot. Wrong?

Later,
Rick

nahh, i don't like calling here i don't think.

there will be hands where you willbe the aggressor and not have to call an all in very shortly. you can't be overweaktight, but making this call w/ aj is going to burn you many times.

Only if (1) CO has been raising a ton and/or (2) blinds are about to go up.

If he's loose call. It's a tough spot. AJ is not a good pushing hand seven handed. The sb is on you so you have time to wait for a)others to get eliminated or b)pick up more of a hand. You have to take a stand some time though.

AJ is a great pushing hand from the SB. It's not a great calling hand, which is what I think you meant to say. If not, then please further defend your point.

With no prior info about the player, I put the CO on either A/K or a medium pocket pair. A lot of players push with A/K, because they've read that's it's better to be all in with A/K than to hit the flop and have the other player fold. They think this means to immediately push with it... If he does have A/K, you're obviously dominated.

A medium pocket pair that he's trying to protect is my other guess, which puts you on a coin flip. You have the odds to call this, but I wouldn't. There's no reason to risk your entire stack with a moderate hand that is most likely behind.

Of course, if he is on a steal here, he's not playing well. Why would he push all in when a 1000-1200 bet will serve the same purpose? MP has over 2000 chips and will take half of the CO's stack if he's slowplaying good cards. AND the MP still has to act behind you, which makes your call even more suspect. If the CO's past play suggests that he's stealing with very weak cards and you can legitimately put MP on a weak limp, then call. But I would need more info than just this hand to determine that.

I assume this player will move all in like this a lot, so there will be better opportunities to stick it to him. I would fold and pick a spot in the next orbit to go all in.
