Who should I not draft b/c of injury or contract issues?

I know Todd Pinkston is out for the season, but I wouldn't draft that slackass anyway.

How many games is Jamal Lewis going to miss?

TO has issues today
lewis is in camp
staley is out until at least the start of the season
all the major holdouts are in camp - westbrook, javon walker, alexander.
bubba franks still holding out.
