Default QQ Preflop

So my friend and I have been discussing/arguing this hand for awhile now and I would like some more input on the subject. The situation is:
You are sitting at a .5/1 NL Table with 8 sitting. You are in the BB with QQ. There are two limpers and the SB folded.
Do you check and slowplay or raise here? Why?

Not raising QQ with 2 limpers and the BB left in is a sin. Raising might win you the pot there and helps you narrow down their holdings plus drive out the BB.
