Default What should I learn from my hand statistics?

With the basic hand statistics that you can get from any poker site, what should I be looking for and what I should I learn from them? This is an example of the type of statistics I'm talking about(obviously the sample size is too small):
Hold'em (Real Money):

500 hands played and saw flop:
- 37 times out of 60 while in small blind (61%)
- 50 times out of 58 while in big blind (86%)
- 85 times out of 382 in other positions (22%)
- a total of 172 times out of 500 (34%)

Pots won at showdown - 38 out of 68 (55%)
Pots won without showdown - 26

I'm trying to start studying my game better so if anyone could give me some pointers on what I should be learning from these numbers I'd really appreciate it.
