another ethics question
when I have to use the facilities I wait until I'm not one of the blinds and I get a starting hand that I know I'm not going to play. then I just leave the table, usually when the preflop action has not gotten to me yet, and I'm auto-folded. I do this to maximize my chances of not missing a hand.
anyone think this is wrong? |

I have no problem with it.
I also unzip my pants on the way to the restroom. |

Re: another ethics question
Most people I know do the same thing.
I wait until I'm on the button, make sure it's going to be a multiway pot that will take a couple of minutes to play out, fold my hand, and go. I make it 90% of the time without missing a hand, and no one has said anything. Why would this be unethical? How is it any different from walking over to the snack bar? |

Re: another ethics question
folding out of turn is wrong. Just because you are doing it to go to the bathroom doesn't make it right. It might be excusable if their is some illness which requires you to do this.

Re: another ethics question
just wait until your UTG, goto the bathroom and come back in after the button passes.
