Default Weak Tight

How do you define the term "weak tight". My game has been in a funk for six months or so, and I fear that the definition is going to fit my play.

Tight - not playing many hands (usually a good thing)
Weak - not playing aggressively (usually a bad thing). Also giving up too easily in the face of aggression.
