If you don't need your money back right away, try Golden Riviera. I played all of 255 raked hands at .25/,50 and .5/1 and was able to bank $70 ($50 sign-up+$20 weekend) in bonus in addition to winnings. The signup should be 5X and the weekend 7X, but mine cleared concurrently. Too bad you just missed out on that sweet Gaming Club reload; I cleared the full $100 in 4-5 hrs 4-tabbing .5/1.
