This is a problem for me, too. I am typically waiting until 5 BB before I start making aggressive pushes. At 6 or 7 BB, I am still waiting for cards. I want to push with something like QT with 3 people still to act, but I get cold feet unless I'm at 4-5 BB or less. I looked at SnG Tracker, and it looks like something I'll need to pick up.
