The reply is always no so I offer them one in hopes they can keep up with the account better. Then they ask if I will refund fees for them and I generally will if its an honest mistake but then I look at the history on the account and for the past year the account has been neg. for over 200+ days in the last year. So I then point that out and tell them no. Then when they leave I just laugh. Its great.

EDIT: Also, sometimes after I tell them no about the refund they will ask for a loan? LOL

The best was the lady who came in several hundred dollars overdrawn. After about a minute of looking at her meticulous register (seriously), it was readily apparent that she had failed to record a single ATM withdrawal. When I pointed this out to her, she was amazed - "I didn't know I had to record these! You mean the money comes right out of my account?". I informed her that yes, it does come out of her account, and did she think we would just give money away? Her response:

"Well, I only took it when I really needed it, and only took a little each time".
