Default Re: hypothetical question

[ QUOTE ]
first hand of a tournament... one player pushes all in preflop. you have ak and are the only one remaining to act.

given the following conditions what is your play

a.) you know he has ace smaller kicker
b.) you know he has either ace rag or a pair (he would make the play with any ace, any pair)
c.) he has ak, aa, kk, aq, aj suited jj qq or 10 10
d.) no read.

I've been put into this decision a couple of times and just wanted some clarification

thanks in advance

i think i would call if i was last to act. and if u knew he had an ace rag - of course you would call. if u knew he had aa-kk, of course you wouldnt call. if u knew he had a pp lower than kk...then possibly yes. doubling up early on can help alot.
