Don't be so results oriented. It's tough to get past the actual hand, but try to think of the range he could have had and not the specific cards.

Losing as little as you did when the stacks are that deep w/ top pair and a gazillion draws is not bad at all.

AA played this hand infinitely times worse than you did. Assuming he had red aces:

on the flop: you were 47% to win
on the turn: you were 39% to win

Your pot odds were right, your implied odds were great, and I'm pretty sure this is +EV. In an $11, 75% of the time Villain's not going to fold AA, no matter how many clubs fall. I've seen AA keep calling/betting on a 4-to-the-straight-flush board. It's almost better that he had AA than some marginal hand like A8 because it'll be harder for him to get away from when you hit your draw, even if it's just another J on the river. He'll most likely put you all-in, scream "RUNNER RUNNER JACK???", and complain about his bad beat in the chat box.
