Do a search for this in the Internet Gambling forum... this has been discussed/explained ALOT...
basically you have to sign up for Empire on a different computer that has never had Party installed on it. Then you can load the Empire software on your regular computer no problem. I play on Party and Empire concurrently with the same neteller account and a different email address with no issues.
