I think Raptor once said that you have to open the account on a computer that has never had a party/skin on it. Go to a neighbors house etc. I also think a new mailing address and a new email address are likely a good choice. I have even heard that having more than one neteller acct is good. but Not sure about that one. I'm about to do this so I can get rakeback. Let me know how yours goes.
