Given you didn't you're pretty committed to c-betting all-in.
If you both had 15xBB and you had raised 250 just check the flop. If he bets, fold. C-betting paired flops is dangerous because people are less likely to lay down mid-pairs. Besides, would you really push AA on the flop? Probably not, so just check.
