I'm far from a technological guru, but it seems that we must be at a point where all my media can be interconnected by now. If this has been addressed before then point me in the right direction and I'll shut up.

I'd like to get as wireless as possible(speakers, keyboard, mouse) and as integrated as possible(same monitor and speaker for both tv and cpu.)

I've got a laptop, but assume I'm starting from scratch. I'd also like to be set up as well as possible for multitabling without sacrificing the overall goals of integration.

Is this possible? Advisable? Where do I start?
