wow! thanks for the awesome response! i amazoned around last night but all of the combanitorics boks i found were 900 page graduate level tomes that would probably be over my head. i am generally interested in this branch of math outside of the poker realm but it has been a while since i had to do a proof of anything and i am very, very rusty.
i will definitely check out the books you listed.
