Default Should I have raised? #3

I've been getting way timid lately due to some very lackluster ROI recently, and maybe I'm overcompensating. Counting my outs, you tell me. I also figured there was a chance I would steal the pot outright, but I figured I had a timid bettor just making a continuation bet on the turn automatically, and that I had what was probably the best flush draw and best straight draw, and an overcard -- somehow I didn't trust the ace, because, an ace would have raised preflop or bet the flop bigger. For me, betting on a draw is incredibly rare, so this was an extraordinary hand for me.

Anyway, enough explanation -- here comes the craziness. Tell me what you think about it.
