TV Tuner for PC
I am looking for a good TV Tuner. I have one now that absolutely sucks.
Here are the features that I must have:
High Quality Picture
Cable Hookup
Stereo Audio
Good Software to Control, View TV Guides, Record
Some things that would be really really nice:
Remote Control
An API so I can create my own programs to control it!
Anyone have any suggestions?
